Smoke Evac

Make Your Office Smoke-Free
Acu-Evac® is very effective at eliminating surgical smoke which may contain bioaerosols, live and dead cellular matter (including blood droplets) and viruses. First, the patented TXTM nozzle captures and collects a wide field of surgical smoke, then the main filter removes the particulates down to 0.01 micron. Acu-Evac®’s main filter has an efficiency rating of 99.99997% on particles 0.01 micron and 0.12 micron MPPS. Gases and vapors are absorbed by activated charcoal in the main filter to eliminate the unpleasant odor of surgical smoke.

Ideal for use in larger procedure rooms. Mount electrosurgical unit on dualcart for convenience.

2024 Smoke Evacuator Product of the Year

Acu-Evac Awarded 2024 Smoke Evacuator Product of the Year
MedTech Outlook has chosen our Acu-Evac as the 2024 Smoke Evacuator Product of the Year, read about it in their latest issue here.
Made in USA
Acu-Evac—the only surgical smoke evacuator on the market to have received a patent. Featuring a nozzle to have received 3 patents for superior capture, Acu-Evac delivers an impressive filtration efficiency of 99.99997 percent on particles as small as 0.01 microns. Its compact, user-friendly design, coupled with the ability to capture even the finest particles, including micro-blood droplets makes it a game changer in the market.
Safe and Proven Product
Practitioners can work from a distance of three to four inches from where the smoke originates, a technique they had never considered before, as Acu-Evac also took into account the directional airflow within the room. The safe and proven product is easy to use and utilizes a sealed filter that is leak-tested.
Smoke contains 146 hazardous chemicals
The significance of smoke evacuation devices became increasingly evident during studies conducted in Germany, which revealed that surgical smoke contains approximately 146 hazardous chemicals, including carcinogens. Researchers also discovered virus-carrying micro-blood droplets in the smoke. They cultured these viruses to demonstrate that inhalation could lead to direct infections.

TX/LTX Nozzle
Only the patented TX™ Nozzle is designed to capture more surgical smoke from further away. Acu-Evac®’s “Flared Horn” design has and increased field of influence and venturi effect for maximum capture and better visibility.

M1/M2 Main Filter
Consists of a charcoal/odor filter and an ULPA filter – rated 99.99997% efficiency on particles 0.01 micron and 0.12 microns MPPS. Filters have been tested and certified to be free of leaks at time of shipment. Sealed unit with plug for easy disposal.
M-1 rated 16 procedural hours.
M-2 rated 32 procedural hours.

We take pride in being knowledgeable about our product and the market that we’re in. We don’t get carried away with convenience at the expense of performance and protection.
Which Model is Right for You?
Acu-Evac® IE
Because the IE Model has a higher volume performance and increased flow rate, it is ideal for procedures that generate a high volume of surgical smoke such as Fractionated Erbium and CO2 laser procedures, as well as electrosurgical and laser hair removal procedures.
Acu-Evac® II
Virtually the same as the Acu-Evac® IE model, with one important difference. The Acu-Evac® II uses a “brushless” direct current (DC) electric motor, (instead of a conventional AC motor) which runs cooler, quieter and provides a significantly longer service life.
