Refund and Returns Policy

Return Goods Policy
For approval and complete instructions please contact Customer Service,
800-327-0015, within 30 days of receipt, should you need to return
product. All returned goods are subject to the following conditions:

1. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be
   accepted for credit.
2. Items returned must show date of purchase, invoice number,
3. RGA#, and reason for return on the packing slip.
4. A 15% ($10.00 minimum) re-stocking charge will apply to
   returned goods. Customer will prepay shipping and insurance
   costs.
5. Packaged items may only be returned in original packaging.
6. No product may be returned for credit after 30 days from date
   of invoice.
7. Defective products will be replaced at no charge.
8. To receive credit for merchandise which is either not received or
   damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately.
9. Contaminated or bio-hazardous products may not be returned.
