Return Goods Policy
For approval and complete instructions please contact Customer Service,
800-327-0015, within 30 days of receipt, should you need to return
product. All returned goods are subject to the following conditions:
- Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be
accepted for credit. - Items returned must show date of purchase, invoice number,
- RGA#, and reason for return on the packing slip.
- A 15% ($10.00 minimum) re-stocking charge will apply to
returned goods. Customer will prepay shipping and insurance
costs. - Packaged items may only be returned in original packaging.
- No product may be returned for credit after 30 days from date
of invoice. - Defective products will be replaced at no charge.
- To receive credit for merchandise which is either not received or
damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately. - Contaminated or bio-hazardous products may not be returned.
