All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars and do not include shipping and handling. With approved credit, payment terms are Net 30 days. All accounts not paid within 30 days of original billing date shall be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month ($1.00 minimum). All sales are final. In the event it shall become necessary to collect the herein described sums, or any part thereof, with suit, the purchaser shall pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees. In the event of litigation, the purchaser shall pay all such costs and Acuderm’s reasonable attorney’s fees at the trial and appellate levels. Prices in this catalog are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Return Goods Policy

For approval and complete instructions please contact Customer Service, 800-327-0015, within 30 days of receipt, should you need to return product. All returned goods are subject to the following conditions:

1. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted for credit.

2. Items returned must show date of purchase, invoice number,

3. RGA#, and reason for return on the packing slip.

4. A 15% ($10.00 minimum) re-stocking charge will apply to returned goods. Customer will prepay shipping and insurance costs.

5. Packaged items may only be returned in original packaging.

6. No product may be returned for credit after 30 days from date of invoice.

7. Defective products will be replaced at no charge.

8. To receive credit for merchandise which is either not received or damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately.

9. Contaminated or bio-hazardous products may not be returned.


Acuderm Autoship Terms & Conditions

These Autoship Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your enrollment and participation in the Acuderm Autoship Program (“Autoship Program”) offered by Acuderm, Inc. (“Acuderm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Autoship Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with Acuderm’s general Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.


1. Program Overview

The Acuderm Autoship Program allows customers to receive recurring shipments of Acuderm products automatically. By enrolling, you authorize Acuderm to charge your chosen payment method and ship selected products at the frequency you select (default: monthly) until canceled.


2. Enrollment and Authorization

By completing enrollment in the Autoship Program:

  • You authorize Acuderm to automatically charge your stored payment method for each recurring order.
  • You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method provided.
  • You agree that participation continues until you modify or cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms.

3. Billing and Payments

  • Your designated payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
  • Pricing for products is subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the next billing cycle if you do not agree with the new price.
  • If a payment fails, Acuderm may suspend shipments until updated payment information is provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Autoship orders are processed and shipped automatically, based on your selected start date and frequency.
  • Shipping dates and delivery times may vary due to product availability or carrier delays.
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise indicated.

5. Modifications and Account Management

You may update your payment method, shipping address, or product selections by logging into your Acuderm account or contacting Customer Service prior to your next scheduled shipment. Changes made after an order has been processed will apply to the following shipment.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Autoship subscription at any time without penalty.
Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. To cancel, log into your account or contact Customer Service at 1(800) 327-0015.


7. Returns and Refunds

All Autoship orders are subject to Acuderm’s standard Return and Refund Policy. Products that have already shipped cannot be canceled, and returns must meet the applicable policy requirements.


8. Changes to the Program or Terms

Acuderm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Autoship Program, or update these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via email or on our website. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


9. Termination by Acuderm

Acuderm may terminate your enrollment in the Autoship Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected misuse.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties hereby knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally:

Waive the right to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation based hereon, arising out of, under or in connection with this agreement, whether oral or written. The foregoing waiver is a material inducement for both parties to enter into and accept this Agreement.

Venue for any action arising out of or pertaining to this Agreement shall be solely and only in Broward County, Florida.
